Jens has worked in the seafood and food industry for more than 25 years. In GEMBA Jens advises customers within the seafood and maritime sector. He is the CEO of GEMBA Seafood Consulting who specialize in innovation, sustainability, strategic development, and market analyses within the seafood and maritime sectors. Economic analysis and strategic development of ports and providers of logistic solutions have also been one of the major competencies of the consultancy. Jens is also the secretary of The International Cold-Water Prawn Forum (ICWPF), and he resides in Copenhagen.
