YOLANDA MOLARES MONTERO, SPAIN

She is MA in International Studies (Univ. of Durham) and Bachelor in Business and Administration (IESIDE – Spain – and Univ. of Cardiff – UK).

After 20 years working, her professional activity and main interests have mainly been focused on the areas of sectorial strategic and operational planning, sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship, international cooperation on development, impact assessment and governance. She is interested on the definition and implementation of methodologies based on approaches related to sustainability, shared value and blue growth.

So for about 20 years she has accumulated a long experience in fisheries and aquaculture sector having been involved in different projects and actions related in more than 20 countries in Africa, LATAM and Europe at local, national and international level.

She is Founder and CEO of Instituto para el Crecimiento Sostenible de la Empresa – ICSEM in Spain (www.icsem.es).
